No objection to issuance of permit for the installation of two moveable 76”-tall metal screens, after the fact, per supplemental materials received 26 July 2023, which show that the inappropriate plastic shed was removed from the terrace, as requested by the OGB. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
