No objection to issuance of permit to construct three front dormers, one rear dormer, and replace inappropriate vinyl windows on the front elevation with single-glazed, true-divided-light wood windows, per supplemental materials received 12 July 2023. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
