The Commission regrets that work commenced without permit. No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of the first floor and basement windows on the rear elevation with simulated-divided-light, aluminum-clad wood windows, the conversion of an existing arched doorway to a window, replacement of gutters using half-round copper gutters, and the installation of one electric light fixture per door, per supplemental materials received 12 September 2023. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
