No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of two existing non-illuminated Wells Fargo with two new non-illuminated Wells Fargo signs, per supplemental materials received 25 August 2023, PROVIDED the two unapproved and inappropriate spotlights installed at the front façade are removed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
