No objection to issuance of permit for rooftop solar panels, and associated PV equipment, conduit and AC disconnect on the east elevation, per supplemental materials received 29 August 2023, PROVIDED the rooftop panels are not visible from public space, per mock-up. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
