No objection to issuance of permit for demolition of existing brick wall, installation of new wood fence, and replacement of existing wood and shingle trash enclosure to match existing, per supplemental materials received 30 August 2023, PROVIDED the new wood fence and gate match the neighboring fence, the new fence is installed in the exact location as the existing brick wall, and the trash enclosure is rebuilt to match the existing trash enclosure in size, design, and materials. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
