No objection to issuance of permit for a halo-lit, pin-mounted sign reading, "Rails," per supplemental materials received 19 September 2023, PROVIDED no part of the edge or front face of the lettering is translucent or illuminated and all penetrations are through the mortar joints and not the brick. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
