No objection to concept design for third-floor addition, enclosure at first and second floor of side of ell, addition of projecting bay at rear of ell, and addition of second floor at garage, per supplemental materials received 16 November 2023, PROVIDED the placement of the third-floor rear dormer is studied, the transoms are maintained at the doors on the ell, the sills at the windows on the first-floor ell enclosure are raised, and the yard elevation of the garage is treated the same as the alley elevation, though with a wider dormer. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
