No objection to the concept design for alterations to the interior and rear facade, per supplemental materials received 26 October 2023, PROVIDED the new HVAC units are placed in a non-visible location. Scope of work includes replacement of two rear doors with matching casement windows and lower panels; and interior renovations. The rear block of the house is a contemporary addition. Please coordinate with the staff for an onsite visibility test for new HVAC units. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
