No objection to issuance of permit for installation of a temporary electric transfomer adjacent to existing electric generator at the rear of Copley Hall, per materials received 13 October 2023, PROVIDED that the installation be removed within five years of this approval unless a new permit application is submitted requesting an extension. See permit application OG 23-263 for original scope of work. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
