No objection to concept design for new wayfinding signs, per supplemental materials received 11 January 2024, PROVIDED tents on Prospect Street are removed, free-standing signs are non-illuminated, "3222" is pin-mounted, the "P" sign is a halo-lit blade sign and adjusted down, and the applicant further studies eliminating some existing signs and incorporating them into the proposed signage. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
