No objection to issuance of permit to rebuild the fire-damaged rear addition, per supplemental materials received 19 October 2023. Materials indicate that the modifications to the design between concept and final are intended to address code requirements. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
