No additional signage should be installed without CFA/OGB review, including awnings, banners, or window signage. Separate violation for vinyl windows, which was submitted under a separate application (OG 24-079, HPA 24-085), must be corrected. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
