No objection to issuance of permit for repairs at the expansion joint waterproofing system along the central pedestrian corridor and planter area near 30th Street, per supplemental materials received 23 January 2024. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
