No objection to issuance of permit for new halo-lit sign reading “Han Palace,” per supplemental materials received 23 February 2024, which indicate that the letters would be installed on a panel, and the fronts and sides of the letters would be opaque. The sign at the second floor would be removed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
