No objection to revised concept design for a six-story building plus occupiable penthouse mixed-use building, per supplemental materials received 10 October 2024, PROVIDED that arched window heads are used for the upper-level windows in the six-story block as documented on pages 14 and 20 of the submission, railings are removed from the step-back areas at the 6th floor having green roofs ,the applicant study a charcoal color rather than black for the window frames, and a materials mock-up panel is constructed on site for review by the board at permit. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
