No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of windows using double-glazed, aluminum-clad wood with one coat of LoE on the third surface and replacement of the doors in-kind with wood replacements, per supplemental materials received __ May 2024, PROVIDED the windows are painted a beige color to complement the cast stone detailing of the building and half screens are used. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
