No objection to concept design for installation of solar panels on the southern roof slope, per supplemental materials received 23 May 2024, which indicate conduit and all equipment would be installed on the rear elevation, PROVIDED all future applications for panel installations on the south side of Winfield are carefully considered for visibility from 35th Street. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
