No objection to issuance of permit to install sign, replace front stoop components, and alter rear entry, per supplemental materials received __ December 2024 PROVIDED the applicant provide a drawing of the south elevation of the stoop to confirm the historic stringer on that side will be retained; the spacer bars in the replacement door are of a midtone color; and a lower emissivity window glass coating is used to avoid tinted hues or reflectivity in accordance with OGB Design Guidelines: Commercial Signs. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
