No objection to issuance of permit for seven temporary concrete planters as a security feature in the public right-of-way, per materials received 17 May 2024, which indicate that a permanent solution will be submitted for review by the Commission after the building renovation and addition is completed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
