No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of existing roofing and fenestration alterations to the side and rear, per supplemental materials received 11 June 2024, PROVIDED the standing seam metal roofing is repaired rather than replaced on the uppermost level, all seams and ridges are hand-crimped, and the applicant submit a sample of the existing and proposed hexagonal slates for review prior to replacement. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
