No objection to issuance of permit for the installation of one new condensing unit and four wall vents, per supplemental materials received 25 June 2024, PROVIDED the condenser is oriented parallel to the building facade (short end facing Q Street), and the wall vent caps are painted to match the adjacent down spouts. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
