No objection to issuance of permit for installation of new signage for Arc'teryx, per supplemental materials received 3 September 2024, PROVIDED any facade penetrations are driven through the mortar and any raceways, conduits, or junction boxes are not visible. Materials indicate the individual sign letters are 12" tall and would be painted black on their faces and returns to be opaque. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
