No objection to issuance of permit for installation of a stair lift at the secondary entrance to the property, per materials received 12 September 2024, which indicate that the bricks and existing iron gate to be removed will be retained and stored for future reinstallation. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
