No objection to concept design for landscaping, fencing, and revisions to the rear porch stair, per supplemental materials received 31 October 2024, PROVIDED the site wall on the west side is rebuilt with the existing stone and brick, fence and wall heights are revised per discussions with the ANC, and the applicant further study the arched pedestrian opening on the east elevation and trellises in the front yard. File permit submission with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
