The Commission regrets that some of the signage was installed without permit issuance. No objection to issuance of permit for the installation of signage at Billy Hicks, per supplemental materials received 7 April 2025, which indicate that Sign H would not be installed and Sign I is limited to only the restaurant name as was required by the Old Georgetown Board. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
