No objection to issuance of permit for front stoop and areaway expansion, door replacement, and railing alteration, per supplemental materials received __ February 2025, PROVIDED the applicant prepare a detailed narrative and drawings of the modified railings along the stairs that detail what ironwork will be retained and what will be newly fabricated to fit the enlarged stoop. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
