The Commission regrets that work commenced without permit issuance. No objection to issuance of permit to install security cameras and bars over some windows and replace front and rear doors, per supplemental materials received 22 January 2025, PROVIDED that if the cameras have been mounted into the brick they are reinstalled in the mortar and any penetrations in the brick caused by their installation before review are repaired. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
