No objection to issuance of permit for the installation of solar panels on the roof, per mock-up completed 24 January 2025 and supplemental materials received 28 January 2025, which indicate that the panels on the roof and the equipment and conduit that would be installed at the east-side elevation would not be visible from the public way. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
