No objection to issuance of permit for exterior alterations and replace fencing, per supplemental materials received _ February 2025, PROVIDED the applicant not install the Juliet balcony as proposed and install single or paired windows instead of paired doors on the rear elevation. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
