No objection to issuance of permit for Oak Hill Gatehouse landscape alterations, per supplemental materials received 1 April 2025, PROVIDED the fireplace brick veneer is slightly different from the brick on the adjoining existing garage building and the applicant submit a material sample to be reviewed by Old Georgetown Board staff. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
