No objection to issuance of permit to replace the roof with CertainTeed Pro shingles, replace the aluminum flashing with copper, and replace the skylight, per supplemental materials received ___ June 2025, PROVIDED the applicant provide typical detail specifications for the proposed copper drip edge and adjacent connections. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
