No objection to concept design for a sixth floor plus penthouse addition to convert existing office building to mixed-use, per supplemental materials received 17 September 2025, PROVIDED the applicant restudy the solid masonry corners of the addition, provide documentation of the proposed rooftop pool design, use a brick that is slightly differentiated from the main building, use dark bronze screening for the rooftop mechanical, and the site wall is lowered to 5' tall. File design development submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
