No objection to issuance of permit for two standing-letter signs reading “Tuckernuck” installed on top of projecting storefront bays on Wisconsin and N Street, per supplemental materials received 2 September 2025, which indicate that the awning was removed from the scope. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
