No objection to issuance of permit for partial replacement and restoration of the exterior brownstone stairs on the north and east elevations, per supplemental materials received 4 September 2025, PROVIDED the applicant provide samples of the proposed replacement stone onsite for review by the Old Georgetown Board and any stone not reused as salvaged material at this property be given to a mason for reuse elsewhere. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
