No objection to issuance of permit to replace six windows on the facade, per the supplemental materials received __ December 2025, PROVIDED the windows are completely wood and not aluminum clad; the spacer bars between the muntins are bronze to match the existing; and the applicant provide a detailed drawing of the existing and proposed windows to confirm that the trim and brickmould would closely match the size and profile of the existing. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
