No objection to issuance of permit to add shutters on the front elevation and add a new window and opening on the rear elevation, per submission received 12 September 2025, PROVIDED the glazing on the proposed window is clear and untinted without a low-emissivity coating and the applicant provide shutter mounting details and the design for the shutter dogs. Staff notes that the permit was issued prior to CFA/OGB review due to the federal government lapse in appropriations. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
