No objection to issuance of permit for electric meter installation, rear deck replacement, and replace basement windows, per supplemental materials received __ December 2025, PROVIDED the meter is not installed in the location proposed and instead is reinstalled in its current location or under the stoop where it would not be visible, and the basement windows are repaired and not replaced and the exterior storms covering them are removed and interior storms installed instead. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
