No objection to issuance of permit for various alterations to the residence and carriage house and an 88-square-foot rear addition, per supplemental materials received __ December 2025, PROVIDED the demolition plans (Sheets D1.1 through D1.4 and 3.2) are corrected to indicate the historical windows (W0.1, W0.2, W1.1, W1.2, W2.1, W2.2, W2.3, W3.1, W3.2, W3.3; W2.7, W2.8, W3.4, W3.5, and W3.6) and doors (D1.1) would be retained; the applicant provide details for the existing and proposed metal roofing proposed for replacement to confirm it would be replaced in kind and be hand-crimped metal; the applicant provide typical standard cross sections for all the windows and doors; and the existing security cameras and conduit are removed and holes in the brick are patched. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
