No objection to issuance of permit for the installation of 22 rooftop solar panels, per the supplemental materials received __ December 2025 and mockup completed 24 November 2025, PROVIDED the disconnect switch is either installed inside or on the rear elevation; the applicant submit specifications for the proposed panels and disconnect switch; and a rear elevation or photo diagram is submitted that shows the proposed conduit location is installed as inconspicuously as possible, preferably along the chimney. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
