No objection to issuance of permit for mechanical equipment and screening replacement at the Dumbarton House, per supplemental materials received __ December 2025, PROVIDED there is no wood screening and instead the entire enclosure is made of the aluminum louver system in a medium gray or darkish green color and staff coordinates with the applicant on-site to choose the appropriate color for the enclosure. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
