No objection to issuance of permit to restore historic cast iron stoop on front facade, per supplemental materials received 10 December 2025, which includes off-site sandblasting and repainting all black. For any replacements or alterations found to be needed after paint removal, the applicant must submit a permit revision for review by the Commission. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
