No objection to issuance of permit for replacement of running bond brick at driveway between the vehicular gate and the street, replacement of the brick ribbon driveway and gravel beyond the gate to match existing, and repair of vehicular gate, per supplemental materials received 21 November 2025, PROVIDED any concrete or gravel between the gate and street is replaced with running bond brick, and the line of brick that extends from the gate to the street and separates the running bond apron and herringbone brick sidewalk is replaced to match existing configuration. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
