No objection to concept design for repair and replacement work on the second-floor pedestrian areas at the interior courtyard of the Madelon Building, including guardrails, fascia, and paving, per supplemental materials received 24 November 2025, PROVIDED the soffit is portland cement, Dekton is used at fascia, stainless steel is used at coping, and cylindrical light fixtures are used for replacements. File permit submission at DOB with detailed and dimensioned drawings, including placement of light fixtures and cameras, for review by the Commission.
