No objection to design development submission for Flour Mill office to residential and retail conversion, per supplemental materials received 2 December 2025, PROVIDED the applicant re-create the signs on the west elevation of the 1922 mill and the north elevation of the 1847 mill; use lighter mortar where the brick is replacement and darker mortar where brick would be infilled; include more details on the proposed gates and posts along Fishmarket Square; the brick infill at the Potomac Street retail entrance should match the existing; clarify if the metal infill panels would be flush or project; and schedule a mockup with the Old Georgetown Board members when the permit application is submitted to review the proposed brick, mortar, metal panels, fenestration colors, and penthouse materials. File permit submission with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
