No objection to issuance of permit for waterproofing of the stairs and planter to the north of the State of Qatar Defense Attache, formerly the Corcoran School, per supplemental materials received 10 February 2026, which includes a flashing detail where the replacement pavers meet the historic Corcoran School building; a plan that shows the pavers and planter would be replaced in kind and in the same brick pattern; and confirmation that the building's mortar would not be replaced and the building would not be power washed. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
