No objection to issuance of permit for various minor alterations at front, per supplemental materials received _ March 2026, PROVIDED the existing front door either is restored or if the existing front door is damaged beyond repair the replacement front door matches the design of the existing so the panels match the corresponding jamb panels; the mail slot and knocker are reused on the replacement door, if the existing door is proven to be damaged beyond repair; the middle rails of the proposed shutters align with the sashes of each corresponding window as drawn on A03; the north elevation is also repainted; and detailed and dimensioned drawings are included for the existing gate installed under the stoop, and the wood is painted. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
