No objection to issuance of permit after-the-fact for pin-mounted, non-illuminated, 5”-tall sign reading Malbon installed centered above the storefront windows and applied vinyl sign on the entrance door, per supplemental materials received 24 February 2026, PROVIDED the applied vinyl signage on the storefront window and fixed door, as well as the sandwich board, are removed, and damage from previous sign is repaired. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
