No objection to issuance of permit for repair/replacement of existing wood paneled garage door with a garage door to match existing, per supplemental materials received 2 February 2026, which indicate that the existing arched transom and trim would remain, and the door will be repaired when/if possible. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
