No objection to issuance of permit for repainting, signage, door hardware, per the supplemental materials received 2 February 2026, PROVIDED a paint mock up is completed to confirm the proposed paint colors are not too close in value and do not obscure the character-defining features of the building. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DOB technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
